The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of the second bathroom fitted with a shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails.
The open-plan living area has modern and warm features with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a 4-seater breakfast bar. Leading from the kitchen is a spacious dining area and a lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix, Showmax and DStv Now. Access to free uncapped Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R10000 is payable directly to the establishment.Check-in/check-out details
House rules
Please note that a fully refundable security deposit will be taken 24 hours before your arrival.To avoid any issues, please refrain from making loud noises or playing music. Any complaints from neighbours or police presence will result in a penalty fine per complaint.
The house is strictly non-smoking. If guests need to smoke, please do so outside on the grass or in the pool house. If guests smoke inside the house or on the outdoor sofa, there will be a penalty fine and any damages will be their responsibility.
If the pool heater is on during the summer season, please keep the pool cover closed at night to retain heat.
Guests will receive 3 sets of keys and remotes upon arrival. If you need additional keys, please let us know before arrival. If any keys or remotes are lost, there will be a penalty as it will be a security risk and the locks and remotes will need to be changed and reprogrammed.
Please make sure to close the windows and doors when leaving the house.
There is a penalty fee per person per night for any additional guests who stay over that are not on the original guest list at the time of booking.
Hosting a party or event without prior approval will result in a substantial penalty fee.
