53 guests' feedbackThe hanging cupboards in the rooms' doors need attention and the pool's pump had not been cleaned in a very long time. Otherwise it's a beautiful quiet place and you can hang out for hours. Cell phone signal is very weak.
An incredible weekend in a beautiful house surrounded by wildlife and natural beauty. We will definitely go back again.
The house accommodates 6 people instead of +/- 8 as advertised. So I would adjust this. Otherwise, a wonderful space. Very spacious kitchen and living room. The beds were very comfortable too and there were lovely showers. The pool area is stunning with a great view.

The scenery is breathtaking and we were visited by a friendly warthog and mongoose adding to the experience. We had a wonderful time at this unit and are definitely going back for more. The only improvement I would suggest is for the map that was given. It was a bit confusing at first and the first dirt road (indicated for the unit by boards on the side of the road) is unnecessary and not for normal cars (rather 4x4). Stick to the tar road until you pass reception.

This is an awesome house. We were 3 couples and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The only item that requires attention is the fridge in the kitchen; the bottom drawer is broken.
Everything very convenient and available. Perhaps resort management can arrange reservations for the single tennis court over a long weekend.

The house is very well located with beautiful views. Very cosy rooms all en suite with large beds. The living room furniture could do with an upgrade however it's still very beautiful. We had an issue with lighting in on of the rooms that was quickly resolved. The kitchen is also very well equipped, we lacked nothing. Could use a few more serving dishes for larger groups like ours. It is rather easy to get lost from the gate as there are many signs to the house. Only follow the tarred road. Thank you to the owner for a comfortable stay.

It was very nice to stay here with friends, the house is set out nicely which makes everyone comfortable, and the house has everything one needs. The entertainment area is also very nice at a very nice swimming pool with a very large boma. Is also very close to the main pool.
The roof leaked which made it uncomfortable. The "rinolite" on the ceiling by the stove fell off and spoiled our breakfast. Fortunately, no one was hurt. The place is beautiful but lacks maintenance.

The place is beautiful and peaceful the only thing that they can fix is the road that leads to the chalet, but never mind that we had a good time.
Absolute serenity, the view and abundance of nature. The house is well equipped. Please, please, please install air-con. The heat was unbearable in the house. Unit manager was unreachable, not even a call back. The fridge leaked water the whole weekend and did not freeze, but was cold.
The house could do with air coolers, the fans are not enough! Realize it was the festive season, but in the 7 days our house was only serviced once for cleaning!

Quiet place and saw many animals. Braai area and pool was very nice enjoyed it but the house needs TLC. Refrigerator did not work well, roof leaked badly when it rained, it felt like it was raining inside the house. Curtain rail fell off last day in one of the rooms.
I had the best time with my friends. Everything was perfect and the view was out of this world. Definitely going back.

Well furnished house with very nice view. Comfortable living area and deck with swimming pool and boma/braai facilities. Mobile phone signal is extremely weak where the house is located. There is also a bit of a problem with ants. Beds and linen clean and comfortable.
My friends and I had a lovely stay until the check-out date, when we ran out of water. Can that be looked into and there's too many insects in the house.
We really had a great stay at Dream of Nature, the setting was great and the place was very neat. If i can just give the owner a heads up is to have a secondary braai as it rained the whole Saturday and we couldn't braai at all. Otherwise everything was exactly as it was advertised on LekkeSlaap website.

This is a lovely place to visit with friends or family. Especially for people who can appreciate the beauty of the woodland. We enjoyed it very much. The terrace by the pool offers lovely views of the surroundings. In the evening you can also have a good time around the fire pit. The house is well equipped with everything you need - except soap. There are some small things that need fixing in the house, like the sun shades in the windows. Would love to visit here again!

We spent a long weekend at Dream of Nature (5 adults). The house is well equipped and luxurious. En suite bathrooms are great. The pool deck is fantastic and offers great views. The weather was overcast and rainy for the weekend but didn't dampen our break as there was plenty to see and keep ourselves busy with. Very relaxing and the perfect getaway for us from Johannesburg. Will recommend to friends and family and we will stay here again.
The lodge was very clean and well equipped. The pool in the heat with its lovely view is always welcoming. The lodge is a bit close to its neighbours so can be noisy. The lodge also needs maintenance e.g. the blinds don't work.
We had an awesome time at this place. Didn't really spot a lot of animals from the actual house, accept for the warthog who came to visit us daily. We were supposed to vacate the premises at 10:30, but were rushed out by the cleaning lady who arrived before 9 am.
The accommodation is beautiful and the views are stunning. The unit is in the mountain so there are quite a lot of stairs - not ideal for older folks or kids - just something to keep in mind.

Great location, great stay. Great view and private. It was slightly unclear on how to get to the location though. Be slightly weary if using a small vehicle. There are a number of stairs, the older generation might not find it very welcoming. TV/s, shower heads, stair maintenance could use upgrading. Some more seating in the living room would have been nice. All together I would still recommend it.

We chose Dream of Nature because of the location. The house is well located with a beautiful view. Unfortunately a few problems influenced our stay. On arrival at Mabalingwe we struggled for an hour to find the house because of the poor indication on the map provided. On arrival at the house there was no water available (despite a water tank on the premises), no alternative arrangements were made to make our stay easier without water either. The water supply was only restored the next morning at 9. By the afternoon we found that there was also no hot water available in a part of the home. We contacted the owners and asked for a refund of the cost of accommodation for the discomfort experienced, but our request was ignored.
