The facilities were well maintained. Food was fantastic. Game was plentiful.
The whole experience exceeded my expectations! From cleanliness, tasty meals, great staff and our excellent guide Moneya, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Definitely want to return for a longer visit.
We had a great 3 days at this lodge. The staff couldn't do enough. The game drives were awesome and we saw 4 of the Big Five. No leopard. Our guide, Apollo, was very knowledgeable on his animals. We did 6 drives. The food is buffet style 3 meals a day and dinner is at various locations. So much food and such a variety. Rooms are very comfortable and well serviced. I would recommend this venue to anyone.
It was such a pleasant stay, although I fell ill from the dinner I had at the Boma, the staff took good care of me and ensured that I had food delivered to my room. The game drive was fantastic with Job, our guide, being knowledgeable and ensuring that the snacks and breakfast setup is beautifully done. Definitely making a return sometime in the future.
Wonderful game drives and meals, very relaxing, but the reception lets the rest of the staff down. They did not have proper processes regarding reservations in place at reception.
Food not always up to standard as well as waiters. Jacket left behind returned. Very impressed with their service.
Everything was very average. Nothing to write home about. Feel that the price per night does not justify what you get. Our tour guide JP was great. Food was cold and there were a few times where something was finished.
