Everything was good. Reception very helpful.
Well kept property in a good location at the top of Maclear. Booking stated bed and breakfast basis but on arrival we were informed no breakfast would be served the following day.

The manageress was most helpful and kind and allowed us to change the date of our booking due to a family emergency. The room is well appointed and very clean. The bed was most comfortable.
Collaboration with the evening's eatery was great, both worked wonders with the load shedding! Both had their own generator but the timing between them was good. Had a good night's sleep with the lovely sound of falling rain! Beautiful surroundings and beautiful garden. All behind a high security fence.
Not much to say, met expectations and a very neat overnight facilities.
Not an easy town to find accommodation. We were totally happy with what we got. Security is good, vehicles safe, service friendly. All in all good value for money. And, oh yes, the breakfast was very good!
Unit was spacious and well equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. Site is also well secured with cameras and is also fully fenced to improve security. Secure parking is available on site.
We had a nice stay, it was just too short. We would have liked to stay longer to see more of the area.
Noel had lots of patience when he had to explain the route from Mthatha over Langenie over and over again. That was just the start of great experiences to come on our journey. A friendly Dawn welcomed us. The room is beautifully equipped with everything you would need (mosquito machine, sewing kit and a carafe filled with cold sherry). Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Dawn helped guests that didn't want to go out that night with ordering and fetching take-away meals. We will definitely recommend this place even though the town, Maclear, is a bit small. The area is beautiful. Thank you to Noel and Dawn.

We stayed at this property on our route to Durban coming up the Garden Route and wished to go inland to see more inland of SA. A bit out of the way but cannot complain of the house and hospitality received.
Spacious, clean, with everything on hand. Friendly hosts and staff. Excellent breakfast. Even supper at the club was good value for money!
