Accommodation is available for 7 guests in 3 separate rooms on the ground floor of the spacious main house, or 5 guests in a free-standing unit located on the property. The rooms can be booked separately or together. There is also a semi self-catering option available which is equipped with braai facilities, a 2-plate stove, frying pan, fridge and crockery.

Alex is a very valuable, almost inexhaustible source of information and background on the area - a bonus for any traveler. The cleanliness of the unit and premises, the beautiful garden deserve special mention. Definitely a repeat visit and favorite establishment.

The garden house itself was very very comfortable with everything you need for a nice visit. Enough plates, knives, forks, cups, coffee, tea, etc. There was a private braai available, garden set etc. The location is beautiful, not far out of town if you need to get something from the shop, although you leave town once you've saddled up! The host and wife are nice people who know their place is up to date, but should there be something short, they are quick to fix it!
A most friendly stay just outside Nelspruit. Everything you need for a short stay, clean apartment, good bedding, and beautiful surroundings to relax after work or a trip.
Easy, convenient! MacNut provided us with comfortable accommodation where we all felt comfortable. It's a shame we could only stay one night, will definitely stay with Alex and Dorette again with the family and just make it a getaway for two or more nights. MacNut is ideally located, outside the town but not too far from the town which still makes it comfortable to eat out late.

The friendly hostess made sure I was comfortable and informed me of eateries and petrol options. The place is a little out the way but that was a small compromise for me. Very cheap for what I got. How well you slept has a big influence on your day, and here I had a proper rest after a long day at work. I arrived as a stranger and left as a friend. Doret, Alex, their daughter and the dogs made me feel at home. I'll definitely sleep here again on my next visit to Nelspruit and the surrounding area.

What a pleasant couple to meet! Oh, and how can I forget about the friendly dogs? The tranquility made me feel like I was coming down to earth and all the chaos of the crazy busy work life out there disappeared into the distance. It's a shame I had to work after hours and couldn't have enjoyed the place more. I was even woken up by a friendly frog - and no you can't blame the owners if I leave my doors open until late at night! It still remains a funny experience, but it won't stop me from going back or referring other people to them!

Tranquil accommodation with 3 km from the city. Guest receive a friendly welcome. Room was clean, near and very spacious. The accommodation is suited for people who attend school sport events or people who are looking for accommodation close to the hospital. We highly recommend it.
