What a beautiful room! We were very happy with our stay. The only small incident that occurred was that the hot water was switched off, so we had a cold shower when preparing for the wedding we were attending that afternoon. Just something small to mention. Other than that, we were very happy and will definitely consider staying there again when coming through to Paarl.

I will recommend this gem anytime! The owners made me feel at home from the minute I arrived. The room is spacious, there is internet (very fast) and DStv. It is also reasonably centrally located. I will recommend Madeliefie anytime. It was truly a pleasure staying there.
We received a friendly welcome. The rooms were spacious with a bar fridge, good hairdryers and very tasty rusks. Breakfast is not served at the guesthouse, but they do give you vouchers for two of the coffee shops in town. Unfortunately both coffee shops were closed when we wanted to eat breakfast at 07:45 on the Saturday, but the owners speedily organised for us to eat at the Wimpy and they would pick up the bill. I would go and stay here again anytime.
A very pretty little place and the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. You feel really at home. Ideal for Gim parents or people visiting the hospital. walking distance. Breakfast on the veranda was lovely. Would just have liked a self-help option for breakfast, like a coffee station.
