Very neat and very friendly service. The bathroom of the unit we stayed in is a touch on the small side, but sufficient for a sleepover.

The hospitality was excellent. The only issue was that it was difficult to get into the bath area as the door did not open fully.

Steven, the owner, was great. Nothing is too much to ask. Good value for money. I think as a guest house the residence is a great place. It also has a 30 kVA generator. For visitors, it's the small and fine detail that counts: if there are soft drink glasses, make sure they look the same, ask customers if they need a set of wine glasses, leave some napkins in the kitchenette. I think overall the Open View package is pathetic and very frustrating. Lots of potential.

My husband and I stayed with friends at Magisha and at the last minute our sons also had to spend the night. Without problem, the hostess provided us with bedding. We had a great time relaxing by the pool and barbecuing with the kitchen at our disposal. It's lovely quiet and peaceful. Everything was beautifully clean, neat and luxurious. Very safe and close to everything. After a long day at athletics, we had a good time in the swimming pool. We will definitely stay there again. We immediately felt at home as if we were old friends there. Kanebo, your place is beautiful and we appreciate the hospitality.

Rooms are very well appointed. Very nice and clean. What impressed me the most was the fact that there were decent shelves inside the shower that you could put all your things on while showering and a hook for washcloths. We had a very nice overnight stay. Received friendly and very helpful service.
We enjoyed our stay and thank you very much for the effort to courier our camera's battery and charger, which we forgot in the room, so that we could find them in the Wildlife Park.

Beautiful place. It's in a quiet suburb, not far from the mall which was very convenient for me. The room was clean and everything I had seen in the pics and more. Kanebo was a great host, very attentive, she really made us feel at home. I definitely see myself staying here on my next trip!

Location not very good, otherwise they make a lot of effort. The outside lights are disturbing, bathroom is a bit neat. Acceptable.
We will definitely go back to Magisha. The staff made us feel very welcome even though we only stayed one night. The bed we slept on was wonderful and we loved the two comfortable chairs in the room. Everything was beautiful, clean and neat. Safety might need a bit of attention because of the front gate taking a while to close.
