Really special place and highly recommended!
There were only 3 of us, but it's a lovely house to host large family or friends. Everything is there and the visiting area is so nicely furnished. The house itself is beautiful and the hostess very helpful. Zebras and Njala's often came to visit us. It's quite a long drive from the reception and activity area, but we packed a basket and spent the whole day there. Will definitely go again with friends and stay longer. 3 nights were just too short to get to everything.

It was really nice to visit there with my family.
Shower facilities are great. Printing is very good. Every day someone came to clean the house. We had zebras on our doorstep and in the evenings the giraffes came to visit by the road.

Na 'n 2 weke trip deur Limpopo was Makhato Bush Lodge 15 ons laaste plek voor ons huis toe gaan en dit was die beste dae van die trip. Wow, wat 'n great plek om lekker te kuier en net jouself te wees. Die wild is lekker mak en die huis is so skoon en gerieflik geskik met alles wat nodig is en meer. Baie dankie dat julle julle hemel op aarde met ons kon deel.

Makhato Bush Lodge 15 is the perfect getaway place for a large family! We really enjoyed the weekend. The house is well equipped with everything you could need and so much more. It is kept well. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Safe, luxurious innibus experience! Who needs lions when the Njala Bull eats pellets out of your hand? All that was negative was that the weekend flew by so quickly!
I will recommend Makhato over and over, with family or friends with kids.
Very nice stay, close enough to Pretoria and everything you can do with the kids was a bonus. Very nice and spacious.
The house is spacious and very comfortably furnished. The daily maid service is a blessing. The tame nyalas were endlessly enjoyed by the 2 small children. We had a very nice time! However, the master bedroom had no towels! The sink in the other double bedroom on the ground level drains very slowly and the toilet does not flush adequately. There are also several light bulbs that need to be replaced.
Good location, good accommodation too, but the place is infested by spiders. I recommend fumigating the lodge.
