The lounge area features couches, a flat-screen TV with the full DStv package, and free Wi-Fi is available. Secure on-site parking is provided.
Guests have exclusive use of all facilities. There is an elegant relaxation area with a Jacuzzi, heated pool and exercise facilities. The gym is well-equipped for guests who want to work out.

Estelle gave us the nicest welcome when we arrived. The time spent at Maki-Saki Boutique Selfsorg was incredible. Everything that was required was on hand. Maki Saki comes highly recommended from me. Estelle was just as welcoming when we left as when we arrived. This gave us a sense of belonging.
Maki Saki was a blissful pleasure to be at. With the indoor amenities (jacuzzi and pool), we spent a cold weekend indoors without the worry of the weather. The space is clean and modern. We will definitely return to Maki Saki.

What a gem on the West Coast! The location is just a few steps from the beach, with an unforgettable view including Table Mountain. Every single element was superb. Amenities, bedding, beauty, hospitality!

The hostess, Estelle, is a very friendly and lovely person. It was an absolute pleasure to meet her. She welcomed us so warmly and gave us a tour of the place, we felt right at home. The house is modern, clean and exactly what we needed for our getaway, I would stay there again anytime and have already recommended the place to many of my friends.

Our business management booked Maki-Saki Guest House and Boutique Spa now in July 2022 for a 3-day Forest Summit and were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. Estelle's extra effort and hospitality is outstanding! The facilities for our training and meetings were very comfortable and when we had time to relax we made great use of the Jacuzzi and indoor barbecue. We also each had a fantastic massage arranged by Estelle and there was also a gym and lukewarm swimming pool at our disposal. The beach is a 1-minute walk from this 3-bedroom guest house and in warmer seasons or during the day you can often use the beach as well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need and more. We did use the accommodation for business which worked out very well, but for a romantic getaway this place is also the perfect oasis! This stylish guest house is a 10/10 in our books and we are going to recommend Maki-Saki to everyone we know.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean and well organised. Much care went into preparation for our arrival and our reception was magnificent! Much thought and care went into the layout and decor of the place. It also had lots of personal touches which made it even more special! Catered for my privacy as a Muslim woman, and the owners kept that in mind and respected that. Would definitely go back to this accommodation again!

The owners Estelle and Savy are very hospitable and will go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The house is very neat and modern and has everything you would need for a getaway.
This place met all our requirements, it was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the indoor warm pool. The owners are friendly and very welcoming. I would highly recommend. Just need to state upon booking that the owners live upstairs, although there was no interference from them.
Estelle is without a doubt the best hostess with whom we have booked a holiday accommodation. The accommodation is very modern and tidy and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Maki-Saki is at Pearl Beach with beautiful ocean views from the front deck. Estelle helped us with spa bookings at the last minute and gave us a very warm welcome. The visiting area with the swimming pool and Jacuzzi is very well laid out and was definitely a highlight of our visit. We will definitely book with Maki-Saki again on our next visit to Yzerfontein.

Estelle is the most humble and awesome person I have ever met. Her hospitality is 100%. Her place is a piece of heaven. Because we Muslim, we wanted privacy for our girls and just some peace and quite and that was exactly what we received. The area was safe my girls could walk around and hubby and I could just be relaxed. Our stay was short and wonderful. We will definitely go back there this time for longer. I stayed there with my wife for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. I asked that the place be made up for us and they did it perfectly, I loved it.

The house was spotless and the location is perfect.
It was lovely to hear the ocean from the house. Very peaceful area, neat and new. Beds very very comfy and everything you need is at hand. Johan, the host, was very friendly and willing to help with everything we needed. We appreciated the extra treats like coffee/rusks/milk etc. More than enough space with 3 rooms and bathroom and a patio outside. We had a great time, can definitely recommend it.
Hospitality is average. Safety is a big problem, because your car is parked on the road. Expected a better sea view, it's very limited. The chair my wife sat on, broke. She recently had a hip replacement, and is injured again. Barking dogs and the moving of furniture on the floor above us isn't pleasant when you still want to rest in the morning.

Maki-Saki is a haven of peace - a home away from home; but even better. The unit is beautifully and comfortably furnished with loads of natural light. It is well-equipped with all the essentials and the living area and front patio have an ocean view. The beach is mere steps away from the door and the town centre is a short 5 min drive away. There is something for everyone to enjoy - Netflix, DStv, WiFi, braais on the patio, reading a book in the sun, fun on the beach or sightseeing in neighbouring towns - it's the perfect getaway. The few days I spent at Maki-Saki were absolutely amazing for body, mind and soul. Johann and Marinda are incredibly warm and welcoming - truly wonderful hosts. I was instantly made to feel at home and more like family than a guest. I will definitely be returning very soon!
What a peaceful place. From the dining room there is currently a wonderful view of the sea and the roar of the waves is healingly audible for the restless soul seeking peace. The accommodation is spotless, tasteful and comfortable. Finally, the owners are friendly and sensitive to your space, which you need, be it a lot or little.

Pets are prohibited on the property.
The gym may be used free of charge by the resident guests.

The salon is for the exclusive use of guests who have advance reservations.
Treatments can be booked by any person, whether guests or non-guests.
Spa treatments must be booked and paid 2 weeks prior to guests' arrival. These treatments are not included in the rates and are paid separately.
Additional cleaning services are available during weekdays at an additional cost, excluding holidays and weekends.
