Close to the Waterfront and safe.
If you are looking for value for your money and not expecting views, then this place is perfect to spend your night and explore the rest of Knysna and surrounding areas.
Electric blankets on the bed were a nice treat in the cold winter.
The hosts were extraordinary.
We were well received. Hospitality was excellent and Hein and Gerhard kept us informed every day about all the events and specials in Knysna and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Really nice stay and Hein was an amazing host and helped with information for places to visit and restaurants! The apartment is centrally located, clean and very tidy. We enjoyed it very much!
The equipment in the apartment gave the impression that it was well taken care of and we felt safe staying there. Covered parking for our car behind a security gate gave a lot of peace of mind. Access to Netflix was a welcome treat. We would have liked mats on the tiled floor next to the bed and a top sheet. We would love to stay again in this comfortable, well located apartment.
Think the place is lovely in the summer. For the winter a heater or electric blanket would be greatly appreciated as there is no air conditioner. The car on the gate just didn't work, and I was slightly concerned about the safety of my vehicle. Also not ideal to have to push the gate open wife alone when I was out in the evenings to get food. I understand a technician was called out, but I was there 4 nights and in all that time, the gate motor was still not fixed.
