Perfect place to break away from the noise, indoor and outdoor braai for weather conditions and the accommodation has a lot of space. It's not a good sign, but it's a positive if you want to break away.
If you want to break away from society and enjoy the silence, this is the place. No matter the season, swim and barbecue outside in the summer or barbecue inside and enjoy the Kol-Kol Jacuzzi on the colder days.
Fantastic space with plenty of activities for young and old. It is peaceful with beautiful views, making it a good break away from the busy city life.

The perfect getaway for a family who will enjoy the silence and sounds of farm life. Very safe for your toddler and you don't have to worry all the time, als can be securely locked so they can't get near the water. Feel free to turn off your phone upon arrival, you will appreciate it for a day or 3! Thank you to everyone at Malandershoogte for a stunning weekend, you have definitely gained new, regular customers.
By the pool there was a tile completely loose and when one of us got in the pool it cut his leg and the tile completely broke in half. The stairs in the pool was also a wobbly so we were very cautious of that.
The stay was peaceful and relaxing. There was no signal at the "Okkie" Guesthouse, but we didn't mind that. Uncle Konnie was there to assist us when we needed help. My partner and I enjoyed our time there. We'll definitely book us in again in the future.

It was very peaceful and lots of activities for the kids.
What a lovely place, exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come again, with the kids this time as they will have a ball of a time. Oom Konnie was very helpful. The only hiccup, is the road in, to drive almost 20 km on gravel road wasn't fun but it still won't stop us from coming again.

We received a warm welcome, the place was neat. I would only prefer bedding, and the Jacuzzi stairs a bit dangerous with glass edge on one side. Overall we had a good time, nice entertainment for whole family, the house is equipped with everything you need. We will be going back.
I cannot recommend Badenshuis. There were used toothbrushes and bath sponges in the bathroom. The rubbish bin contained rubbish etc. We got the impression that there are people living there permanently. We also had to provide our own bedding - this is not mentioned in the ad at all.
