A great place to stay at as it's close to many amenities and most importantly the beach is just a few metres away and safer, as there is access control by the main entrance. More can be done in updating the pictures of the apartment we stayed at on the website. The TV, though, could be updated to current models which enable access to live content as the channels were limited.
It exceeded my expectations. I was happy with everything.
If you could enter the front door and then the apartment, the unit was adequate. My children were terrified to go out of the unit and that quite across from the beach. There is also no secure parking. There was no dish soap to wash dishes and an extra roll of toilet paper would have been a real asset. Where we come from, it was quite a scary experience.
I was there for the Comrades race. The experience of the race remains something special!
The place is clean, safe, and great for family. The only setback was the TV channels.

Parking is very far from the apartment. Booked for 5 people, but there were only beds for 4 people.
The staff didn't want to help us because we booked from Lekkeslaap they said if we need anything we get it from Lekkeslaap not them we didn't have toilet paper it was even hard to get inside.
Everything was near, it was within walking distance of entertainment.

The place of residence is very quiet and also safe. The workers very helpful and friendly. Plan to use the Flat 24 again as well as refer our friends and acquaintances to Marlborough.

The place was easy to access. The guy at the door has a mean face, you would think he is rude but I think he is more on the introverted side. As for our host, he was amazing and kind. Made sure our stay was comfortable. Checked in after 1st night to see if we needed anything. I loved it there and will definitely be coming back to flat 24.

Good service from the onset. The flat is very neat and clean and one can see the ocean from the flat. Over all a good location, within walking distance to everything. Best part is the beach is across the road so that takes allot of hassle out if you have young kids. Would def return.
The only upside was the parking which was located in another building and we had to walk at night.

We had a very comfortable stay. The place was clean and the proximity to the beach was great. The only issue was that the main bedroom light was not working. The toilet seat was also missing. Otherwise it's a great place.
