Friendly hostess, very accommodating regarding our dogs. Beautiful place.
The accommodation was very neat and clean. It's small but was perfect for what we needed. You can walk to the sea which is nice. The other unit was empty which was perfect for our 4 year old boy. He loved the garden/backyard. Only compliments: • Warm blankets on bed didn't want to work. • We couldn't watch Netflix because it was locked with a password that wasn't given to us beforehand. • A small spoiler was not there. As with most places to stay (2 bags of coffee with sugar and cremora) is always a bonus for us as guests. Furthermore, we had a very nice stay. Thank you.
Misleading advertisement. Very limited space and overpriced. Dirty sheets, bowls, carpets and limited kitchen equipment. Sleeper couch mattress was very old and could not sleep on it.
Apartment was very neat and clean. A short distance from the sea but within walking distance. Everything was there that one needed.
The fridge in the King room was not functional.
Beautiful place, very neat and clean. Would not recommend if a family has more than one child. It's very small, it's just the room and a small kitchen with a sofa bed. The barbecue outside is cute, but unfortunately the weather was not such that we would be able to barbecue outside. The apartments are directly opposite each other, so the children would have to be very quiet so as not to disturb the guests next door.
Just a pity it rained all weekend. I was really looking forward to using the fire pit, but the weekend was fantastic.
Our payment confirmation confirms self-catering, we received a room with a bed and was told it's a non self-catering unit. First night cold shower, owner never apologised only mentioned there gas had run out. The noise from within the house were loud with dogs barking so the idea of having a relaxing and resting holiday did not materialise. Left 3 days early, very disappointed.

Rika is a warm and friendly host who wants her guests to enjoy their stay and time in Dwarskersbos. She readily provided information and made good recommendations. The accommodation is about 200 m from the beach.
A beautiful, comfortable place, walking distance from a beautiful beach. The children had a great time playing in the sea, we will definitely be visiting again soon!
Lovely place. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the restaurants were already closed. Our hostess offered to prepare a meal for us. The food was outstanding and delicious and well presented. We slept very snuggly in the biting cold and would go back again anytime and can highly recommend it.

Rika is a wonderful host. The accommodation is beautiful and very relaxing. I would recommend everyone to visit the town to experience the community of Dwarskersbos.
Neat, modern unit, just a quick walk away from the beach. Braai on the stoepie is sheltered from the wind and plus was that our dog children were welcome. Hostess, Rika, makes you feel at home and comfortable. We had a great time and stayed comfortably.
There is also no surface where you can put your suitcase. The space is very limited and the cupboards were packed full. The place is neat and clean and the bathroom was adequately and tastefully furnished.
Room is on a button and no privacy.
We really enjoyed it, place is neat and clean will visit again anytime.
