We were there for a wedding and were very relieved to see that they provided an iron which came in very handy. Water in the fridge was also nice to be able to drink on the hot day.
Trevor handled the large group of people very nicely and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms are set up to handle just about any type of group.
The rooms were really comfortable and neat. There was no unnecessary noise and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book there again.

The guesthouse was easy to find and just right for our needs. Clean, neat and lovely breakfast. Owner very friendly and eager to ensure that everything is in order.

The one thing that stood out for me - and for sure will be the reason why I will use this accommodation again - was Trevor, the manager's hospitality and the way he went out of his way to accommodate me.
Could do with some new shower heads. The water spurts left, right and centre. I would prefer white linen as brown linen looks dirty. Also small individual triangular shaped boxes of milk, like Parmalat milk in the rooms.

No complaints. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was very nice. Comfortable living areas and secure parking.
I don't have any complaints about Mall Guesthouse. I stayed a week and it was really wonderful. Trever and family was so helpful and considerate. I will be back anytime.

Acceptable rates for affordable accommodation, but the shower and toilet were terrible. The shower head is too high - water everywhere except on the person who's taking the shower. Replace the shower head. Bad smell in the bathroom, sewage problem probably. TV channels leaves much to be desired. Breakfast was delicious though, my compliments to the owners. To summarize: no reason to not look for different accommodation next time.
The room and rest of the house are spotless and very neat and tidy. It is a very cozy place to stay. Trevor's service is also 100%. The folding bed just makes an awful lot of noise!
