8 guests' feedbackThe location of the apartment was perfect and our whole family enjoyed the stay. It was clean and very peaceful, There were no problems with monkeys either. Caretakers/owners are very helpful and friendly.
The owners are the friendliest people I have ever met. The place is neat and clean and everything is in place. I would go here again anytime and highly recommend to anyone wondering about the place. Excellent value for money.
We had a great time and even socialized with Lynette and Koos. The apartment is really worth using. We always felt safe and would go to Lynette and Koos' place again. Lynette and Koos are 2 hospitable people who did not treat us like customers, but like friends. They were friendly and helpful with information and opened their doors completely. They are real stalwarts and we will definitely stay with them again. They went the extra mile when my husband got sick and helped us where they could. I would recommend Manaba 23 to anyone because they are the best.
I would suggest the place for any family with children big or small.
What an amazing stay, we were 8 guests and were accommodated perfectly, great friendly owners, safe area and not far from the beach, only a 5-min walk away, also closely situated from fuel station, spar and needed shops, will definitely recommend Manaba 23 to all my family and friends.
Probably one of the best places for vacation, with friendly people and a beautiful apartment. It is definitely good value for money.

Comfortable place, good value for money, place is +-500 m from Margate beach. The Spar and shops are close by, owners are friendly and respect privacy.
