Manakwa Self-catering is a typical old Karoo farmhouse on a smallholding in Aberdeen. Electricity provision is independent which means that there is no loadshedding. Experience farm life without being on a farm and be close enough to the shops. Bring your bike or put on your walking shoes, because Aberdeen's dirt streets beckon you away from your vehicle.

This house has a sleeping capacity of 7 guests and comprises 3 individually furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen, dining, and 2 lounge areas. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has 3 single beds and a baby camp cot. The house shares the use of 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a shower, and the other one with a bath, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The first lounge is furnished with a comfortable couch and a lovely fireplace to spend the cold nights and expands to the 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy a lovely sit-down meal as a family. The second lounge also has comfortable seating space and features a dining table with 4 chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Outdoor, is a lovely patio with a built-in braai and boma, perfect for the endless family laughter along the fire. There’s a luscious and exclusive lawn where kids can play around and a swimming pool where guests can cool off during the hot days. Guests are afforded safe covered parking on the premises.

Guests can walk towards the breathtaking Karoo sunset with the famous Church Tower as a guide or simply relax in the late afternoon on the patio.
