Good location close to all shops.
The venue is located within walking distance to the variety of restaurants and shops available. The neighbourhood is safe enough for women who are sporty to take a run, walk or cycle. The chalets are clean and serviced and there was nothing out of the ordinary that we required. The gardens and lawns are well maintained, and the swimming pool is massive and kept spotless. It was a pleasure to take a dip in the pool after hot and sticky days down at the beach.
Secure off-road parking. Easy walk to town shops and restaurants. Pool. Braai facilities. Clean. Good position for exploration. Walk to the boat jetty for river cruises.
Would recommend it. Even the cat and monkeys came to visit. The freezer is an asset for fishermen.
The accommodation was very neat and has everything one needs. It's peaceful and quiet and the pool and aircon were a very nice bonus to have on hot days. I would suggest that the guests be informed when they arrive of rules and regulations, such as when swimming is allowed, what to do with the key if you leave outside of office hours, and that the night watchman knows who the guests are. We also didn't know there was WiFi.

We had a good stay at Manzini 12. The only issues we had was the pool which was a bit dirty, and the security guard that woke us up at 2 am as the neighbours were complaining of the noisy aircon, never nice being woken up in the early hours of the morning with someone banging on your door. Turned out wasn't the aircon for our unit. Should really consider installing wifi, cell phone reception is extremely poor.

We had such a nice stay, everything is exactly as in the photos and the people are incredibly helpful. We lived there at our best and most comfortable. Will definitely book there again if we go to St Lucia from now on. Thank you very, very much!
Security guards very friendly and would call when the wild life decided to visit the premises which we appreciated.
Place was neat and quiet with a reasonable price. I really enjoy being there.
We enjoyed every moment at Manzini 12.
The complex is very well located and can be recommended. I have stayed here before in other unit numbers as well. The swimming pool's beauty and braai facilities just need a little attention. Pool water is clean, but the pool floor is full of leaves and dead animals and there are also lots of floats floating on top of the water. The one braai has already rusted through and so the coals are falling on the ground. However, I'm very happy with the place, it's just the pool that needs a little attention.
Noisy neighbors didn't care about others.
