12 guests' feedbackWe had a comfortable stay. It was challenging to find a parking place as there were other vehicles parked in the yard. I had to park in front of garages used by tenants who asked me to move the vehicle on two occasions to allow them to drive in and out. There is a garage allocated to unit 8. This was locked and unavailable for our use. Something to look into for the future. The residents were very friendly, respectful, and understanding. I couldn't have asked for better human behaviour. Also, the shower door needs maintenance as it opened halfway but couldn't close fully. We were charged a refundable fee for breakages but didn't break anything; however, we haven't had communication about the refund. Nonetheless, we are thankful for the acceptable place of stay as we enjoyed our short holiday.
Lovely place, neat and everything we needed for a quick getaway. Ethel was very helpful and kind.
Lovely unit, good to have a garage and private garden area with own braai space! No sea view, but close enough to main beach!
Our host Ethel is just the best as usual, she always makes sure that we have a great stay and she is a great communicator. Even though the area had no water, Ethel made sure that we had enough water during our stay.
The place was not clean at all.
This is a neat apartment with enough sleeping space close to Ramsgate swimming pool and shops. Quiet and safe to sit outside under the tree and enjoy a barbecue with friends and family. Will definitely go back again.

But definitely not for a group of 5 adults and 1 child. A family of 2 big and 2 small definitely.
Would recommend Mare Vista 8 to anyone. It is quiet and very safe and close to everything. We were 5 persons and no one was in anyone's way. More than enough space.
Als was neat and clean when we got there. The unit is nice and big and will definitely use it again. Was very comfortable and tidy.
Garage was tiny, couches were for small children and not teenagers. Inadequate.
I thankfully only booked for one night, not sure I would of been too happy staying there for longer than that and at that cost.
