Marginella 20 is a seafront apartment that has a large 5.6 KW inverter, with an 18-hour backup, offering self-catering accommodation in the secure Marginella complex on the Umdloti beachfront. The tranquil coastal town of Umdloti is less than 30 km north of Durban and an ideal family holiday destination.

The apartment can accommodate 4 adults with 2 children and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The main bedroom contains a double bed as well as a ceiling fan and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. A double bed is provided in the second bedroom and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both these bedrooms have a fan and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs, while the air-conditioned lounge boasts a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. The living area has stacker doors that open to a balcony with outdoor furniture, a built-in braai and stunning sea views.
