First impression of the room was a bit disappointing and not as pictured. Swimming pool needs attention, the floor of swimming pool does not look good. Nice stay and Chris was hospitable and helpful.

We had a great time. The owners were friendly and helpful. The large pool was a huge plus, not every day we get one where we both can't stand.
Unfortunately we had no water to shower - a pipe had burst nearby and the whole area was without water. My feeling is that if you run a guest house, a tank should be installed to ensure that there is water for the guests at all times. We were 4 people and couldn't even sit together in the morning during breakfast. We were towing a pram and had trouble getting it in as it had a very steep downhill drive. Water had been the biggest problem.
It's a pity there is no DSTV.
We enjoyed our stay. The host went out of his way to make us feel at home. We had a great breakfast. I would suggest that Rooibos tea be added to the drinks in the room.
It's a beautiful place, but the most important thing about a place is the bedding.

From the pick up at the airport to the moment we were dropped off, we had a positive experience. The accommodation is of high quality and the garden is an oasis to relax in. No problems with the rooms and the breakfast was excellently presented. Accommodation is highly recommended and we'll definitely visit Maribelle's Bed & Breakfast again if necessary.

Upon our arrival at Maribelle's we were kindly received by Isabelle. Our room was well furnished and tidy. We asked for a fan as it was very hot. Our room opened directly onto a sparkling pool and lapa area. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast outside on the veranda. Many thanks to Chris and Isabelle for their hospitality. Would definitely recommend Maribelle's B&B.
