The guesthouse, rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. The best thing about this guest house is the view, something breathtaking! Thank you very much, I look forward to seeing you again in the future.
Very peaceful environment, check in was easy. We stayed in Room A which is ideal for a family with children as 4 or 5 can comfortably stay in the room. You have your own shower, sink and toilet. I would only suggest putting a shelf next to the fridge with a kettle and a microwave, then you are completely separate from the rest of the house. As there is WiFi, a Smart TV in the room will be an added bonus for children.

My stay at Marie B&B was wonderful. The view from their porch is picture perfect. Marie and Susan (daughter) are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They have years of experience and knowledge about life in Stellenbosch and can recommend all the cool spots and attractions. I will book with Marie B&B again for my next visit to Stellenbosch.

Jonkershoek mountains are close 15 minutes away which is perfect for adventure and outdoor seekers! 10 minutes away from town allowing a great vibe for those who wish to hit the town.

I attended the Woordfees and Marie B&B was ideal for me because it is in the area.
The whole place smells musty, pictures not of accommodation, had to sit on beds, only 2 chairs available for 4 people.

There was no DStv and the pool was not shown to us either. Although the owner saw the 2 children. The kitchen was also not fully equipped and the unit was very small for 4 people. I would not recommend this for a family with teenagers. In the living area you had to sit on beds which were very uncomfortable.
Space is very limited. Sink installed inside shower. Beds' mattresses are by no means a good standard. Photos are misleading.
I recommend it for any family of 6.
Marie B&B is ideal if you are planning a getaway. The view is beautiful and our hostess was a darling. We felt very at home. Thank you very much, it was lovely.

We were very surprised and pleased with the accommodation and rest we had. The WiFi was perfect and I could even stream on my laptop. I would suggest that the TV in the room should work and that the guest should be able to change the channel.
Would just put the coffee and tea inside the bedrooms rather than outside the rooms.

This is more like an overpriced backpackers that has not been upgraded for the last 50 years. No TV in the rooms, no kettle, coffee/tea in the rooms, available in the passageway. Shared bathrooms. Old bedding and beds. We were not impressed at all and will never return to the place. We were allowed to use the kitchen, but the hostess kept on going in and switching the stove plate off!
Inside the house with different rooms. Clean. Shares bathroom with other guests. Safe parking on the premises. No WiFi. No TV in room. No aircon. Bring mosquito repellent.
Simple, but well located. Hospitably received. Clean and tidy, big plus is the safe parking.
Marie B&B is located at the right spot and Marie is very helpful.
I was somewhat disappointed with the size of the unit. I booked the unit for 6 persons, but it was a bit cramped. The bathroom was far too small.
