The first bedroom is located upstairs and contains a queen-size bed, with a bunk bed in the adjoining dressing room. An en-suite bathroom contains a shower, Victorian bath, a toilet and washbasin. The room opens to a small balcony with stunning views. The second bedroom is located downstairs and contains a queen-size bed and a double bunk, with a door opening to the patio. The third bedroom, also downstairs, has a queen-size bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a double-door fridge with an ice machine, a dishwasher, and a large oven and microwave. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs with 4 extra chairs provided. The kitchen and dining area open to a sheltered courtyard area with a picnic bench and weber braai facilities. The lounge contains 2 single sleeper couches, an Apple TV (with DSTV via high speed fibre internet) and opens onto the enclosed glass braai area. There is a Jacuzzi and opens onto a beautiful deck on the water with outdoor dining furniture. Please note that the Jacuzzi is charged as an extra for those who wish to use it.
For those keen on heading out onto the water, a pedal boat is provided, perfect for a safe relaxing cruise with a glass of wine. For the more adventurous, a surf ski is available. We had a lovely stay and rested as it was nice and quiet. The children really enjoyed the paddle boat and we made good use of the jacuzzi.

What a wonderful and relaxing stay! Staying in a marina is such a unique, peaceful and beautiful experience. The house manager is friendly and helpful. The house is clean, spacious and airy and has all the amenities you need. The pedalo and canoe moored on your 'doorstep' is an absolute treat! We enjoyed using them daily. The jacuzzi was great too. Situated in a safe neighbourhood, the community is very friendly. Great walks and park for the dogs. Really close to shops and to the wonderful and vibrant Muizenberg beach, shops and cafes. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect - clean, spacious, bright, and in a lovely spot. My kids particularly enjoyed the paddle boat and kayak. The neighbourhood is a series of small houses on canals connected to the ocean - was quiet, felt safe, and was interesting to explore. Within minutes of Muizenberg, De Kalk, etc. Highly recommend.

From the moment you walk in the front door you are overwhelmed by the view over the lake with all its bird life. Not to mention the view from the master bedroom. The unit is an experience in itself, extremely modern and lacking in nothing. Despite the bad weather, we literally experienced the Cape of Storms, we had a wonderful 4 days. The wood dust made a big contribution. Would recommend Marina Beach House to anyone looking for rest for their soul.

The place is beautiful, neat, peaceful with a great lake view. I will definitely go again. We went for a family vacation with kids and they loved the place. We also enjoyed the paddle boat a lot.
We had a great stay, and would recommend it to everyone. It's nice and close, affordable and good value for money. The view is beautiful, the house is tidy and everything you need is there. Will definitely go again. All negative comments I have is that the Jacuzzi was not cleaned when we got there. In continuation, chlorine or something might be left for guests to pour in over the course of the weekend. We were a group of 12, and Jacuzzi got dirty quickly. Furthermore, everything was awesome and we really enjoyed the weekend there.
