We were very excited about our stay and spending time together as a family. We don't often get to spend time together as a family due to busy schedules etc. We arrived late, due to traffic and weather conditions, and struggled to find the place as the location was inaccurate and took us to 2 different places. I eventually called the owner and she was quite rude and irritable on the phone. This put a damper on my mood and experience, I composed myself as I didn't want to ruin the experience for my family. When we eventually got inside the unit, the "lock box" would not open, I again called the owner who became annoyed with me, I kindly asserted myself, but found this rather unprofessional and unkind. The house itself is nice, the only issue we had was that the Wi-Fi was limited, so we ended up using our own data to watch movies on the smart TV. A good suggestion would be to upgrade to uncapped, with the prices of Wi-Fi being so affordable, one could easily have an unlimited package.

Will definitely want to go again. Beautiful location, neat, safe, comfortable, everything you need. Owner always available for any information and goes the extra mile to accommodate people we took our boat and kayak with us. She made so many arrangements to make it easier for us. . There are stairs which are probably difficult for older people, but otherwise perfect.

The unit is well located and offers nice views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and bathrooms are comfortable. The hostess was friendly and kept us informed of the 'loadshedding' schedule which helped with planning, she also made good recommendations for restaurants in the area. The unit is a good base for exploring the West Coast. We will definitely stay here again.

The flat is very neat, clean and fully equipped. The location is very good and it is within walking distance from restaurants and leisure facilities. We rested well over the weekend (the Bokke won) and will definitely make use of them again.

"It was great fun at Port Owen Marina. We looked out over the Jetty which offers a very nice view. Will definitely want to go again. Not for people with small children, but teenagers who will really enjoy it."

The view is very beautiful and we had a great time relaxing. It was a bit cold, but we made a nice fire and the house is very cosy. Would like to go again, everything was convenient and the shops are close by if you need anything. Thanks for everything Maryke.

"Good value for money, well situated and very well equipped unit."

We were a party of 4 couples who used the unit as a long weekend base to explore the nearby area in search of the yearly flower 'show'. The unit, situated in a security complex with automatic gate, had sufficient space, utensils and other general household equipment available. The kitchen was clean and have got all the luxury appliances that are needed to wash, cook and prepare food. The outdoor patio/braai area is lovely with a view over the water of the marina, albeit a bit of a tight squeeze for all 8 of us when the wind blinds were lowered. But this brought about closeness and unity in the group. Sleeping arrangements were good with 2 queen beds in separate rooms with only one room having an en-suite bathroom. We slept in the loft space, with two 3/4 beds, which have got no door and only the staircase separating it from the second floor upwards. The loft and 2 bedrooms share the one bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Be good friends when you decide to share the unit. Downstairs is also a separate toilet for guests and helps alleviate the pressure on the bathrooms. The unit is within a 100 m of a restaurant and convenience shop as well as a bar. There is one parking bay within the gated complex and relatively safe parking bays outside of the complex in the general area/parking of the surrounding complexes space for the 2nd vehicle. Overall a lovely, well kept, neat and beautiful unit. Definitely worth visiting for a well deserved holiday or long weekend breakaway. Extremely good value for money. Did not find anything else close in the vicinity with the same pricing and amenities so close by. Communication with the owner was great, friendly and sufficient with a promise of help only a phone call away. We can definitely recommend Marina 25.

If was very nice. The dishes were not washed clean and we had to clean it before use. Also missed my bin. Had to use bags for disposable items. A personal feeling was that the shower was so cramped compared to all the other places we had visited at Port Owen. Otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful. My family had a great time there. Will definitely use the place again.

What a wonderful time we had! The apartment had everything we could wish for, was neat and tidy and has the perfect location (and views of the sunset). The pool table was an added bonus which we used quite frequently over the weekend. I will most definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone. We were a family of five adults and two kids under 10 years and the resort had enough amenities to keep the kids busy. This is the perfect getaway location!

We had a lovely weekend, relaxing and having a peaceful time. The house contains everything you can possibly think of to make your stay comfortable. All negative point was the fact that there are many stairs which makes it difficult with small children (under 2 years).
