Marina Sands 22 is a 2 bedroom, fully furnished apartment with beautiful sea and canal views situated in a security complex on the beach at the Marina Martinique, Jeffreys Bay.

The apartment comprises a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and a basin. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen as well as an open-plan lounge featuring a TV with DStv.

Guests have access to a balcony equipped with a table, chairs and a Weber braai. The balcony and the main bedroom overlook the canal and the second bedroom is sea-facing.

The beach and 2 highly recommended seafood restaurants are within an easy walking distance from the apartment. Jeffrey's Bay is a place where people go to escape the city life and enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. The beaches are safe and the water is warm, so swimming and water sports are the main activities. Jeffrey's Bay is also at the start of the Garden Route and an ideal base from which to visit Addo Elephant Park and Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve.

- Please note that guests may be asked to vacate the premises with immediate effect, if they fail to adhere to the house rules or complex regulations. Guests may be held liable for any fines or penalties that occur as a result of not complying to the rules.
- A maximum of 4 guests per 2 bedroom unit and 6 guests per 3 bedroom unit are allowed.
- Only 1 parking bay and 1 set of keys is available.
- No pets are allowed.
- Guests enter the premises at their own risk and upon booking at the establishment, agree that the owner or agent will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damages, or inconvenience suffered. The right of admission is reserved.
- The inventory file in each unit must be checked by guests. All items in the unit have been checked by the staff. The contents of the unit will be regarded as correct and the tenants will be held responsible for any shortages or breakages on vacating the premises, unless reported in writing to the office within 12 hours after arrival. In the event of any appliance being out of order, we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
- No day visitors are allowed.
- Booked guests must park in their allocated parking bay.
- Under no circumstances may any items/furniture be taken to another unit. Items not in the unit will be regarded as missing and Applicant will have to pay for it, even if it is found in another unit.
- If there is a swimming pool in the complex for you to enjoy, please, no boogie boards or motor car tubes in the pool. Kids may not hang on to the gate and fence.
- No loud music, noise or loud talking is allowed. No parties or gatherings are allowed.
- Daily cleaning services, excluding Sundays and public holidays, can be arranged. Laundry services can be arranged. Please enquire accordingly. Only the cleaning services of Excellent Services are allowed in the unit, no private cleaning services will be allowed.
Premises will be checked after departure.
