Most incredible view and very well appointed. Had a wonderful stay. Would definitely love to stay in Marine Court 5 again.
Lovely! The unit has it all, and they really paid attention to detail. The only thing was we had a big bakkie which slept in front of the units in the road, but we never had a problem. Situated in the middle of everything, so you don't even need to drive! You also don't even notice when there is load shedding as they have a backup, which was so awesome! Beautiful views from the unit!
One important negative comment is that during load shedding there are no emergency lights in the staircase which is very dark. (and possibly against the law/building regulations). Parking in the parking lot is safe with 24 hour security.
Central but somewhat noisy with delivery trucks early in the morning. Would highly recommend that this apartment gets a gas hob so one can still make food during load shedding.
