The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi with smart box to stream your own Netflix account.
This unit has a balcony and features patio furniture and a view of the ocean. There is a fenced off swimming pool and a braai area within the complex, and a carport is allocated to this unit.
Easy access to the beach, which is 200 m away, via a beach gate and pathway underneath the bridge. A variety of restaurants and shops are located in the surrounding area.

4 guests' feedbackBeautiful view on the porch to the sea. Fixtures are poorly dirty and old. Place is very old and furniture done. Bathrooms old, taps leaking, shower working poorly. Windows open and close weakly. Curtains dirty. Caste is rotten. Place urgently needs renovation. Not value for what we paid.
The bathroom had a stench that was morbid. The house had an absolutely stuffy smell when we arrived. We requested for the 2 rooms with single beds to be moved together but this was only done in 1 room. There was a dishwasher with no capsules. Quite a few of the window handles/locks were broken. Balcony globe was burnt. Amazing that it was a walk from Waffle House. The pool was clean. House needs attention before letting out.
We had a good time as a family and will recommend this place to anyone we know.

House rules
A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Although a DStv connection is provided in the unit, the DStv decoder is not available so you will need to hire one from the local supplier or bring with your own decoder and smartcard. Unfortunately there are no Explora or PVR connections.
Please bring with bath and beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding week-ends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
