My son and I traveled far and had a well-deserved night's rest in a clean, tidy little house. Hot water and hospitality are very welcome. I would definitely recommend the cottage to someone who wants to stay overnight or get away for a weekend.
What a wonderful gem of a place. Super clean and comfortable, sitting on the patio with a sundowner is amazing. Our hosts Ella and Hardy are wonderful people and we're available if needed. Gas stove means you don't have to worry about load shedding and everything is available to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We had an amazing week.

The cottage is spacious for two people, well-appointed, attractive and clean. The setting is peaceful and quiet, especially since this cottage is not part of a holiday resort. We enjoyed relaxing on the verandah and watching the birds. Ella was an excellent hostess.
We had a very nice stay. Ella and staff were very helpful. Will definitely stay there again if we go to Rustenburg again.
We had a wonderful stay at Marose Cottage and would highly recommend it. If you want rest for your soul this is the place to go. The Cottage is on a farm and it is just incredibly nice to stay here and you relax so well. The cottage is so nicely furnished with everything you need. Ella is a very nice hostess and makes sure that you have everything and that you enjoy your stay.
The cottage is situated on a peaceful and well-kept farm, surrounded by a lovely flower garden. The accommodation was neat, comfortable, beautifully furnished and had all we needed for two nights stay. Our friendly host Ella was welcoming, tended promptly to our requests and respected our privacy.
