It was very nice. Would go again if you just need some alone time.
Incredibly nice stay.
Had a great stay and will use McLouds again. The hostess is friendly and helpful and the accommodation has a nice atmosphere. Everything is clean and tidy and the room looks like in the ad.

Everything was there that was needed. Loved the patio section. Could have a good barbecue and could keep the door open at night when it was so hot. It's just the toilet section that is very uncomfortably small. Had a very nice stay. Would consider swapping mirror cabinet and table to have a comfortable dining area.
Kitchen area roof needs insulation and a ceiling. This causes the kitchen to get too hot because there is only corrugated iron.
Lovely, cozy place. Walking distance to beach, eateries and shops. Everything was clean and tidy, and host and wife were very helpful and friendly. Even the neighbors are very pleasant. Thank you very much for the food and drink. Really enjoyed our stay. Miss our walk in the evenings. Area was very safe, even during loadshedding we were never afraid to go for a walk.
McClouds is artfully and homely furnished. And well equipped with everything I needed. The many closets were for sure a bonus for a few days stay. The crockery is beautiful and reminded me of my growing up years.
It was the perfect stay for me. Clean, tidy, private and a good location. There were also delicious cold treats waiting for me in the fridge. Will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

There were lots of handy extras, like grape juice, milk and cookies.
It is conveniently close to eateries, malls, beach. The place is ideal for an overnight stay for two people. Reception was friendly. On the negative side, there is no alternative if there is load shedding. My double cab bakkie did not fit in garage. Alternative parking was at other premises a short distance from accommodation. I took a chance and parked on the sidewalk.
They should ask what type of car you are traveling with as my Ford Ranger double cab didn't fit in the garage. Fortunately, they were able to arrange safe parking for me at the guest house behind a sliding gate.
My cousin and I enjoyed our stay, it's close to everything, in fact walking distance from a lot. Marthe was a great host, friendly. Place is comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Safe parking and secure all round.
We had a great stay at McClouds Studio. For our purposes it was perfect. McLouds is very clean, tidy and furnished with love. For self-catering, I think McClouds' kitchen will be just a bit cramped.

We got this accommodation to be close to visiting family, didn't spend much time there. Will definitely use again. Very neat, homely and comfortable. Parking very safe and conveniently close to drop off luggage. Very friendly welcome, owner also helped out with an item we forgot. We trust the accommodation we book, but sometimes it exceeds one's expectations. This is such a place.

The studio is very small, ideal for one person, cozy for two. It is convenient walking distance from the beach and businesses. Toilet is not private! Guests are treated to a bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival. Tea and coffee are also available. Very small porch.

There is a short, steep driveway in front of the garage. A vehicle with a very low bumper (ground clearance lower than 160 mm) will not be accommodated. The garage is shorter than a standard garage and can only accommodate a car of a maximum of 5.5 m. If guests' cars do not fit in the garage, they must use street parking.The balance is payable 7 days before the arrival date per EFT directly to the establishment.
Cash is only accepted upon arrival in the case of a booking made less than 7 days before the arrival date and too little is left to make an EFT transfer within the requested 7 days.
