The kids really enjoyed the stay. The only thing we needed was an electric blanket as the place was cold.

Quick and easy booking, entry and exit to accommodation are simple and effective.
The ceiling fan starts working when it wants to. The same thing happened with the lamp that is attached to the fan. It is probably controlled by a remote control in another room. It is very unpleasant to wake up in the middle of the night when suddenly the light is on and the fan is working at full power. And you have cockroaches in the room. On the last day we were there, there was no electricity or water.
Everything was very good. Only one thing that was difficult is that if one advertises B&B one expects B&B. This is part of why one specifically books B&B (a breakfast), to save morning breakfast at another place. If not B&B, this must be clearly stated. Not on ad mentions B&B.
Check-in was easy via WhatsApp, key codes and gate code are sent to you. Bit bad not being allowed to check in until 4pm.

Air conditioning is needed, the room was terribly hot, the roof fan does not help during Pretoria's oppressive heat. Smoking area at the back is in front of the other guests' rooms, it is not private.

Meadowbrook Property was beautiful and exceptional for us as a family. With so many home burglaries, one tends to be very careful where one sleeps when one is out of town. We felt very safe at Meadowbrook. The area where Meadowbrook is located is nice and quiet. Just had fun, will definitely use them again in the future as well as spread the name.

There was nothing wrong with the stay, don't get me wrong, just a few surprises. It is only focused on the specific room. There was no mirror in the bathroom. It appeared as if it had recently broken and not yet been replaced. The shower mat is a little on the small side. The shelf by the sink is annoying, especially when you want to rinse your face. The WiFi wasn't very stable, but it could be the SP that can't maintain the bandwidth. Have the problem everywhere, even at home. It appeared as if the WiFi would turn off after a certain amount of time and then turn back on early. It was quite a surprise to come back the first day and find that the room was only serviced every other day! There was nothing wrong with the stay, will stay there again when I go for the next course.

The room we slept in, the door needs to be secured on the sides. When the wind blew it felt as if someone was trying to break in. The door makes a lot of noise.
The fact that check in time was later than usual makes it more user friendly.
The rooms were neat, clean and stylish. The children really enjoyed the pool. It was quiet and peaceful. Will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.
Had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

The units were comfortable and centrally located to visit the city. For sure felt safe and slept well.

Well.
We could have done a thorough search of how the place operates, because it's in the neighbourhood. No music, no food, WiFi awful, we were given expired WiFi vouchers and we were a large number. Obviously we were there for fun and the owner rudely told us of the noise the second day of our stay and threatened us to leave. That place is not for leisure.
