Beautiful place with very spacious and clean room. Perfect for an overnight stay.

The guesthouse was more than we expected. It's in a very quiet street, but close enough to the main road. The rooms are neat and well equipped. The solar power helped. Safe parking and super friendly reception. Value for money.
Facility is very neat and everything needed for my business trip. During load shedding, lights are on, but unfortunately the wall plugs are off. I was informed of the schedule and was therefore able to plan my evening accordingly.
One recommendation. Please provide cutlery and a small microwave. One wants to at least eat cereal in the morning.

Meerkat Manor has beautiful gardens, well decorated rooms and everything you would need. We specifically enjoyed the fantastic shower, very comfortable bed and the lovely stoep. The service was good and very friendly. I would recommend staying there to anyone.

Meerkat Manor helped us with our arrangements for a wedding, and allowed us to check out later.
The host was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. He went out of his way to accommodate us so we could power our freezers that were in the van while we stayed there for the evening. The room itself was neat and very clean. The air conditioner was a plus as it was so hot and they have a nice big fridge in the room which had room for all our goodies for the road for the next day. Will definitely use them again when we go to Mozambique.
It is very safe and located in a good location. The man was very kind. The woman didn't greet us, just walked through and showed us everything. Told me to keep my child quiet because there are people staying next door after I mentioned with our booking we have a three year old. The tub had a dirty ring around it and the fridge wasn't turned on long enough ahead of time to keep our meat frozen. It took a while to get it cold again. It was quite disappointing. If all the things were right, it's a very nice place to stay.

The host was kind and helpful. The premises and rooms are comfortable, well equipped, neat, functional and clean. Meerkaat Manor is conveniently close to the Crocodile Bridge Gate of the Kruger National Park.
We had a great time. Our apartment was very tidy and everything you need was there, the parking was also very safe and therefore very close to Crocodile Bridge which is one of the entrance gates to the Kruger National Park.

The owner is very helpful. We were slightly worried that we couldn't cook there, but during the day (in the Wildtuin with a gas grill) we just cooked (to have food in the evening too). Self-catering would certainly have made it easier. But otherwise it was perfect for our Wildlife Garden weekend. Everything is as it is described and in a beautiful place. Beautiful location and tranquil area. Will definitely recommend Meerkat Manor for other families who are looking for accommodation in Komatipoort. One thing that I want to advise on is to give complimentary coffee, milk and sugar in the room by the kettle.
Bed was too hard and towels were not up to standard, door lock did not open and close easily and locked from both sides. Everything else was comfortable and delicious. We felt very at home and welcome.
Accommodation neat and clean. All that was perhaps not so pleasant is the double bed built on bricks with a compact mattress that is very hard and slept very uncomfortably.
Bedrooms were very small and cramped not acceptable of you consider what we payed.

After we got out of PTA much later than planned, the staff helped us so that we could still grill our meat at the start of our holiday.

Oh, how nice it was to stay here. The friendliest hosts, Ronnie and Diffie, made us feel right at home. The room is new, clean with nice bedding, and with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again, and can highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay overnight in Komatipoort. We stayed there for 10 days, and can only give positive feedback.
