If I could, I would give Meerkat Manor 6 stars. The place is furnished with everything one might need, a water tank, generator, as well as gas stove. The dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and full DStv is a big plus. The house is also very safe and close to the beach. Jan was a wonderful "e-host". I can recommend the place to anyone, will definitely stay there again. Thank you very much Jan, one of our best holidays ever!

"Peace of mind and happiness!"

Our family group with married children and a teenager stayed comfortably and comfortably in both units. We were generously welcomed with real coffee next to the filter machine. Both units are luxuriously furnished with a fridge/freezer that could hold our carted supplies. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, but the weather cooperated wonderfully and we didn't need them. The fenced yard is large and safe with plenty of play space. The pool was well maintained and provided further enjoyment. Meerkat Manor is nice and close to the beach and businesses. Although the sounds of the thoroughfare are audible, it didn't bother us at all and the neighborhood itself is quiet and settled. The owner has put a lot of effort into offering a personal and effective service. We will definitely want to visit here again.

Close to the beach with space, comfort and nice luxury pampering; a dishwasher, washing machine, security system, air conditioner and and and, our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful holiday thanks to the owners, Jan, of Meerkat Manor. We definitely felt at home 700 km from our own home. Jan thought of absolutely everything, it was so convenient and comfortable, we regretted that the time passed so quickly. I say thank you very much for your effort and for keeping your hand so well over the lovely home by the sea. We are looking forward to our next holiday by the sea!

Upon our arrival we were welcomed with delicious bags of cappuccino and a chocolate on each of our beds. Wow, what a surprise. That's how one's holiday should start, with a delicious treat. We will definitely use Meerkat Manor again and definitely recommend it, especially for couples with children. There is enough play area for the children and very safe. What we wives enjoyed the most was the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The air conditioner was also definitely a big plus in the living area. Definitely a very convenient place. Meerkat Manor is very neat and the unit has more than enough space for 6 people to stay comfortably and hang out! Is also walking distance from the beach and the staff are very helpful and friendly!

"Safest holiday destination on the South Coast."

From the first interaction with the owner it was just a pleasure. We were informed of fun thins to do in Ramsgate beforehand. When we arrived they showed us to a very clean and neat three-bedroom unit with enough space so 6 people wouldn't get in one another's way. The security was the best feature. The owners went out of their way to make the place as safe as possible. Beams outside ensured that no one could get to the vehicles and windows, security cameras monitor the place 24/7 and both units have their own alamrs. A criminal would do himself a favour by looking for a different place to target. The unit was repainted just before our visit and the lighter colour makes it look even prettier. The unit is very private and it is in a quiet. Initially I was a bit worried that the traffic in the next road, a busy road, might bother us, but the lush vegetation on the street side drowns out most of the noise. Spacious property, ideal for kids who want to frolic and there is ample parking space. Easy access to Ramsgate's main beach via footpath and it is close enough if you want to head to the beach with your gazebo and chairs. I missed a sea view, but the other bonus points more than makes up for it. Will definitely be back!

Thank you very much for a very safe and well equipped unit. Very private! We had a really nice stay and were well rested. Would definitely recommend Meerkat Manor for families with small children. The environment is very quiet and peaceful. We didn't come up short. The washing machine and tumble dryer are a very handy bonus. The ground floor unit without stairs is a winner!
