A large open-plan games room on ground level can accommodate 3 young people sharing.
Meermin has 3 bathrooms of which 2 are on the second level, one containing a shower and the other a bath, and the third bathroom is en-suite with the ground floor bedroom, and contains a bath.
The middle level of the house has a stunning deck with an ocean view and built-in braai area, ideal for long fun evenings with family and friends. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area is furnished with a dining room table for 6 and functional couches and chairs to watch TV on the flat-screen TV. The small kitchen is fully fitted with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, 2 fridges, and a freezer.
Other facilities include undercover parking for 3 vehicles, under the sun deck, and a non-automatic washing machine. Fans and a baby cot are provided. The house is protected by a beam alarm system with armed response. The property is not fully fenced, but there are enough safe areas for children to play.

What a wonderful place for a large group of people with all the facilities needed and so close to the sea for a tired soul.
The house needs a lot of attention, was not very clean. Had to sacrifice half a day so that the DStv people had to fix the dish first. The drain outside began to overflow. Will not book there again.
