It is a lovely place for a relaxing break. All that is just a little bad - it is indicated that there is an oven, but there is not. Only a convection oven. The kitchen equipment, for a self-catering unit, is also quite limited. Furthermore, the visit was very nice and the house neat and clean!
The dwelling is extremely spacious, has all the accessories in the kitchen, pool and braai area. Just bring clothes and groceries.
The tranquility and beautiful scenery on the farm rounded off with fantastic facilities in the spacious house was the reason that we had wonderful family time together. The location is perfect. Everything super neat and clean. House beyond expectations well equipped with everything one needs. Sonja, was very friendly and helpful even before our arrival. Thank you Sonja! This is like a piece of heaven on earth. Food for the soul. Incredibly neat, clean, very peaceful and everything you need and Sonja makes you feel like part of the family, a real person with a heart. I would definitely recommend this destination. We will definitely go again.

What can I say, it's a piece of heaven on earth. It was so much fun we didn't want to go home. Charity is an angel and helps with everything. Sonja was so friendly and both made us feel so at home. It's an absolute must to go there for a getaway. You will never regret. It's fantastic.
What a lovely weekend away with friends. Children really enjoyed the farm and animals. House has everything you need and Sonja is very hospitable! Would definitely recommend it.

The house was very beautiful and homely, it was sparkling clean, you can eat off the floor. It has anything you could possibly think of and more, the staff Charity and Elias go beyond the call of duty to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you very much to Sonja for allowing us to watch the rugby semi finals even though we had to check out, we really and truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality and for that we are grateful. We shall surely be back!
I would recommend Sonja van Melk Houte Bosch. Was very nice and she contacted us often to find out if everything was ok there. Had a great time and walked around the farm. Felt very safe there.
