Melkboom Self-Catering Villa is a house that offers you everything. The house is very well equipped, from a washing pin to a plastic bowl, everything is here. Add to that the delicious braai spot/hangout spot and the beautiful view. It is a comfortable guest house for larger groups.

Melkboom is suitable for large families and well equipped with everything needed. Would suggest that they provide complimentary coffee/tea/sugar/milk for 1st night of stay. The house also smells very musty, but is very neat and clean. There were also problems due to the power outages with garage doors that cannot open or close.
We had a great time relaxing at Melkboom Self-Catering Villa. The house is beautifully located, well equipped and comfortable. Everything works and everything is clean. Our large group could comfortably hang out around the long table inside and also outside and on the deck and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.

I would definitely like to visit there again. The location is perfect. The house has enough living space inside and outside. The Milk Tree in the backyard makes you feel like you are in a fairy paradise. We spent more time under the trees than on the beach!!!
We were kindly welcomed by Jan and he showed us around the house. It is an ideal holiday home, especially for a large family. There is plenty of sleeping space, a place to hang out and a lovely veranda that looks right out to sea. We even saw whales! We slept great and had a barbecue at the back of the big milkwood tree. Furthermore, we could sit on the porch and watch the waves while drinking coffee or a glass of wine. We will definitely visit again!

Very well equipped, unbeatable location right by the sea, can comfortably accommodate 12 people, beautiful barbecue facility under a large Melkhout tree, good security with alarm system, wonderful view from the sitting and dining room and balcony.
