The 3 units, namely Aloe, Karoo Rose and Spekboom, can each accommodate up to 4 guests, and comprise 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, and have a ceiling fan. Each bedroom has an extra length king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds (guests may request the option that best suits their needs), and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. A hairdryer is also available in each of the bedrooms.
Each kitchens is fully equipped with a gas stove top, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking pots and utensils. The living areas each contain a large comfortable corner couch and a flat-screen TV with the full DSTV package. During loadshedding the mini inverter will automatically run the lights, TV and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, during loadshedding, no plugs will be available for use.
The living area opens areas open directly onto a private patio with built-in braai facilities. A table and chairs on the patio offer an additional dining area where guests can enjoy the pleasant summer evenings of the Klein Karoo. Wow, and we had a great stay. From the beginning, Memories has been a pleasure to be a part of. We arrived late and Cindi drove specially to turn on the lights for us, so we didn't have to fumble around in the dark. Neat unit with everything you need. Spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, lovely living room with comfortable couches. The air conditioning was a big plus for the scorching heat of Oudtshoorn. However, the cherry on the cake was the inverter that protected us from Eskom. Memories we will definitely see again. Thank you, Cindi for your hospitality.
It was value for money for sure. Place has everything you need. Up to an inverter and gas stove. The geyser also works with solar. Good quality crockery, bed linen and towels. Will definitely stay there again. The hostess also made an extra effort so that we could check in before the check-in time. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.
The apartment was very neat, clean and met all expectations. I liked the comfortable seating in the living room and my bed slept great.
The unit was everything we could have asked for and hoped for. Owner even followed up if we were safe.
When we arrived the Manager forgot we were arriving on the day. I requested 4 single beds, they immediately rectified the matter. TV remote was not working, Manager sent us batteries, however we could not open the remote to replace batteries, this remote is very different to the norm so we finally managed to manually switch the TV on and off. We paid a deposit only (the Manager did not know this) and could not pay the balance immediately as they do not have a card machine, so did EFT instead. Had loadshedding when we were there, we given 2 lanterns and candles, however I would suggest installing rechargeable globes in the dining area and one in each bedroom.

Unit was wonderfully chilled when we checked in after a hot day in and around Oudtshoorn. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed for a delicious braai on the private patio.

The unit is very neat, has everything you could ask for or need. Both rooms have an air conditioner which worked wonderfully in the heat. The other part of the house is very warm - but then again it is the hottest time of the year. The living room's large sofa is very comfortable and you can comfortably sit on it and relax. If the neighbors decide to hang out late at night, this can be a problem, because the units' outdoor areas border each other with an opening from one outdoor area to the other outdoor area and your bedroom window is right next to the neighbors' braai area . Limited DStv channels, but luckily we were there for sports and not to hang out in the house. Had a great weekend and would recommend the unit.
A beautiful new unit that is perfect for overnight stays or even longer stays. Fully equipped and you only need your overnight bag. Air conditioning in the rooms is a big bonus. Will definitely use the accommodation again.

Very neat place to stay with well-equipped unit (fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, TV, aircon in rooms). Very kindly received by Cindy who also made sure there was a backup plan for the load shedding. Nice and spacious with a lovely patio and barbecue. Bathrooms have everything needed from towels to shampoo and soap. Wasn't too far to walk to KKNK either (± 15-20min). Will definitely stay here again if we are in Oudtshoorn.
