17 guests' feedbackYes, we had a very nice stay, despite the fact that the rooms did not look like the picture. The restaurant might just consider turning the music down at 06:00 in the morning.
Rooms were not ready as expected by 2pm and we had to wait until about 3pm. It was inconvenient and we couldn't get an afternoon rest. Slightly noisy staff early morning. No DStv, so couldn't watch rugby either!
The workers were very friendly at the reception upon arrival. Very patient too and the service was great.
Was very neat, hospitable and exactly as expected from a 5-star!
The coffee machine was broken. The bathroom light was also broken.
Hotel was comfortable and everything needed was there. The restaurant's food was very good, but for the type of restaurant the service from the waiters was not good at all. One expects that they know not to work on top of people and also at least make sure that glasses stay full.
Perfect place to switch off and get away from your everyday routines. Relaxed atmosphere with very good customer service and value for money. Wasn't the first time we've stayed here and will definitely be back.
Top class. The service delivery of the security staff, the staff at reception, and even the restaurant personnel was excellent. Not to mention the layout and decor!
Would definitely recommend Menlyn Boutique Hotel.
The porch light outside the room (no 15) was very bright and disturbing. If it cannot be switched off for safety reasons, the curtains should definitely be changed to "total block out".
We would have stayed over at Menlyn Boutique Hotel over Christmas, but after our first day there we were notified that all their services will be suspended over Christmas - no meals, cleaning services, etc. We still pay for 5-star tariffs but only receive a bed and the rest is self-catering. They also accepted our deposit which also mean that they are supposed to deliver, but instead it was a violation of the contract. It's a lovely place but maybe they should convert it into an art gallery and not continue within the tourism sector.

Fantastic services and accommodation. The spa is a must!
The hotel is within reach of the highway, and in a secluded area, not hard to find. The staff is more than welcoming from the Security staff manning the gate to the housekeepers etc. It is a place for one to relax after having a tiring day touring Pretoria, and this was my second stay there, I enjoyed everything about the hotel which has been refurbished, and treated myself to a day's spa package which was awesome. Thank you to all the Staff for having made my stay remarkable and memorable.
