27 guests' feedbackFrom entering the premises everything was wonderful. Vincent was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Our room was extremely comfortable and restful and the bathroom was spectacular. Breakfast was essentially a three-course meal, cooked to perfection. The only problem was we stayed just one night! Load-shedding is also not an issue as backup systems have been invested in heavily.
The old world charm of this excellently equipped guest house is the best I have ever experienced. And when the owner found out it was a wedding anniversary, there was a free champagne as a gift!
Vincent was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. Tranquil and relaxing. It felt like we were part of the family.

Well equipped with old world char, and delicious treats from a modern era. Absolutely a great addition to this town. A house that immediately takes you back to a previous era with a garden that is in complete harmony with the old style, your stay is enriched and warmed. The room is spacious and the bathroom is tasteful and something special. I would highly recommend this destination.

The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us with small children at very short notice. They were friendly and very helpful. Belgian breakfast sandwiches are baked fresh every morning, everything is planned with fine detail. We had a wonderful stay in this stately old house that has been incredibly beautifully renovated. The gardens are exceptionally beautiful, with lots of detail and lavender and orchard scents that surround you.
We had an amazing weekend at Merindol Manor. Each unit is neat and unique. Merindol Manor offers rest for the soul and friendliness that reflects the whole environment. I'm definitely going back there.
We had a very nice stay, enjoyed the swimming pool in the heat and enjoyed delicious food before we left.
Our stay was wonderful with very pleasant people, room nice and spacious. I would have preferred white bedding for a guest house. Breakfast was more than expected delicious and freshly prepared with freshly baked bread and special cheese, as well as a hot breakfast!
