House rules

A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of the guests' departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order. 
Please report any discrepancies or damage in the unit to our office within 12 working hours. 
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of the deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets, and furniture. 
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted, or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited. 
Pets are not allowed. 
Please be advised that this unit has a TV with an OpenView decoder, so should guests want to watch DStv, please bring their own DStv decoder, smartcard and cables, or else hire one from the local supplier in Margate. 
Guests are required to bring along their own towels. All bed linen is provided. 
Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering, they must be replenished at the guests' own cost. Please also remember to bring dishwashing liquid and any other cleaning materials you may want to use. 
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront, not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
