I was received very kindly, In the pictures for the room I booked, there was a bath in the unit, there was a big apology for not having a bath in the room, there are no baths in any of the units. Unit very cramped. There are cameras but I didn't feel completely safe. No provision for coffee facilities is made during load shedding.
Estelle makes us feel like family every time we stay there. Everything is super neat and clean. Even extra lights for when there is loadshedding! The location is perfect for an overnight stay from the Cape to the Kruger National Park. Just off the N1 with secure parking and just opposite the shopping centre! I would heartily recommend Micarla's to anyone! See you again next year. Thank you for excellent and friendly service!

Micarla's offers all the amenities for a weary traveler and the fact that it is just off the N1 makes staying here that much more of a pleasure. The rooms are very neat and clean with air conditioning for when needed. Comfortable beds and fresh clean bedding promise a great night's rest! Micarla's is definitely on our recommendation list for anyone who asks!

We had a pleasant stay, but there was no hairdryer as initially indicated. This is a lovely guest house with very helpful, friendly service, but we feel it is a bit overpriced. The beds slept well. The rooms were neatly and modernly furnished.
The room is comfortable with all that you need to overnight.
I arrived early evening, and had to leave again early next morning, so limited exposure, excellent facility met my need perfectly.
It's next to a busy road with heavy trucks. The service of the staff is not good.
The reception was poor and the lady couldn't get away fast enough. She didn't give us all the information either. She couldn't even recommend us a good place to eat. The maintenance of the unit inside as well as the buildings on the premises is poor.

Went to Kroonstad for a wedding and enjoyed spending the night at Micarla's. Neat, clean and staff were friendly.
Had a great stay. Management went out of their way to meet our needs. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again when we're looking for a place in the area.
I would recommend Micarla's to anyone who likes a neat, clean, convenient and friendly service. The service was very good and the rooms very comfortable, neat and pretty new. The hospitality was very good and we felt right at home.
Centrally located, tidy and the air conditioning was wonderful on a very hot day!
