25 guests' feedbackThis is a little paradise. Upon arrival, the caretaker was friendly and assisted with all questions. The place was immaculate. We immediately took the little path to the beach and spent sunset there. The kids loved the massive TV. I loved the outside shower. This is the perfect place to stay. Close to all amenities and the beach, shopping, etc. Can't wait to book another stay.
We had a wonderful time at Milkwood. Great hosts, beautiful gardens, lovely 1 minute walk to the beach. Safe and secure, quiet, amazing location so close to everything.

After driving 1200 km from the Kalahari, we were all tired and pretty irritated. The warm welcome from Rob and Li Mari soon made us forget our woes. Great place with great people. What a surprise when we got to the place. Teenage grandson was over the moon about just being able to walk and fish. Close to all shops but out of the noise. All you hear is the sea and nature.
We could really rest and switch off. Robert and Li-Mari were available at all times. They made us feel very welcome. We will definitely vacation there again.

What an experience! Clean place, such hospitable people and the tranquillity, couple of meters from the beach. Everything that you want in a holiday and obviously the delicious food. It is close to the shops and very safe. You even have your own quiet beach.

An absolute week of bliss enjoyed by both the humans and furkids, definitely a hidden gem on our beautiful South Coast! Our unit was great and the beach theme was well received by us Vaalies - everything we needed was available in the unit, which is well stocked with utensils, crockery, towels etc. The braai facility at the unit was kept super clean too. The direct beach access was an absolute treat and the table and chairs on the beach made for fantastic sundowners where we could watch the whales and turtles. Robert and Li-Mari are fantastic hosts who go out of their way to make your stay as memorable as possible - thank you guys for arranging our breakfast and birthday beach dinner! Something that will not easily be matched both in scenery and the delicious food! We had a brilliant stay and will definitely be back.
