House rules

The home is in a nature estate and is regulated by a body corporate, as such estate rules apply and home rules too.

The garage is for the owner's use but you may use the washer and dryer in the garage. To the right of the washer and dryer there are yoga mats and picnic baskets which you may use but please do not use the SUP boards, bikes, or any owner's equipment further than the above.
The home will be prepped for you in terms of outdoor furniture out and everything in place. If the weather is rainy the cushions and decorative bits will be left inside for you. Keep the outdoor furniture inside if it rains.

All towels, linens and niceties are provided.
Please use the allocated pool towels in the basket in the dining room by the sliding doors for all pool/beach activities.

Kitchen basics, tea, coffee and the essentials are there for guests’ use. There is a Nespresso machine and a plunger for coffee.

You will notice that there are different Wi-Fi zones as the walls prevent one modem being able to be used throughout. All details are provided on check-in.

DStv Stream and Netflix are available on the lounge TV. Upstairs in the main room, there is a TV with only Netflix.

There is an 8KW inverter should the power go down. This keeps the essentials going. Please refrain from using the microwave, oven and electric appliances.

There are LED stair lights.
The main bedside lights are on the little silver remote that operates the fan.
The home is open and light, to get more privacy the blinds are one way so you still get outside in but not inside out.

If not at home please close all the doors as there are monkeys in the area.

Shoes are left outside or at the doors.
There is a no outdoor shoe policy indoors and no food/drinks in rooms.

The clubhouse and facilities are there to enjoy however strictly no unaccompanied children are allowed and please lock up and keep the place as you found it with lights off on departure.
Access to the clubhouse will be explained on arrival.
