We had a very nice stay. It was perfect.
Our stay was awesome. We had a great time. Everything was on point. Simply loved the place, and our host was very friendly. We didn't want to go home, enjoyed it so much.
Overall, my stay at Millwood @ Dalebrook Tidal Pool was very enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to Kalk Bay's attractions, and the accommodation is clean and spacious, offering good value for money. There was indeed a lack of attention to detail, and there were problems with a form due to the proximity of the unit to the sea. Despite these shortcomings, we had a wonderful time and appreciated the beautiful surroundings.
Only 3 parking spaces for all the residential units. Lots of noise in the morning hours from the people staying upstairs.
Very well appointed and excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Sadly, the noise from the upstairs apartment is problematic. Wooden/carpeted floors in the above apartment, in an old building, and tenants who are insensitive/careless to the noise level created by them to the downstairs tenants, is not conducive for a comfortable stay! The owners need to address this noise problem with the Body Corporate. The owners have gone to great lengths to minimise traffic noise with solid double glazed windows and doors, however, the disturbance by upstairs tenants should also be addressed!
Lovely stay, my kids had an amazing time.
We are very dissatisfied with accommodation. Upper level was noisy until what time the evening. The reception was not arranged; we had to call to get hold of a lady. Master bedroom's mattress is very laid out.
