The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days of the guest's departure, provided that the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that everything is in order. Any discrepancies or damages in the unit should be reported to the office within 12 working hours.

The unit is designated as strictly non-smoking, and guests are expected to smoke outside. Failure to comply could lead to the forfeiture of the deposit in order to facilitate steam cleaning of curtains, carpets, and furniture.

If it is discovered that there are more guests staying in the unit than initially quoted, or if the number of guests exceeds the total allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pets are permitted, but only with prior permission.

While complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are supplied, guests must replenish these items at their own cost due to the self-catering nature of the unit. Additionally, guests should remember to bring dishwashing liquid and any other cleaning materials they intend to use.

For cleaning services, guests have the option to arrange cleaning between 8:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This service must be booked through the office at least 48 hours in advance and the payment should be made upfront to the office, not directly to the cleaner. It's important to keep in mind that this service is subject to resource availability, especially during peak seasons.
