Mont Blanc 30 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Mont Blanc complex close to the beach in Manaba, and near to various shops and amenities. This apartment is ideal for a quiet and peaceful family holiday and is not a party unit.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. This room has sliding doors opening to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The bathroom contains a bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains seating, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV with a DStv connection, should you wish to bring your own decoder and smart card. The lounge opens to a covered enclosable balcony with outdoor furniture, braai facilities and sea views.

The Mont Blanc complex offers a communal swimming pool, and a coin-operated self-service laundry facility. Secure parking is provided on-site.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House rules
- Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.
- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
