2 guests' feedbackI stayed in Mont Serrat for a week on business travel and really enjoyed my stay. The amenities were great (air-con, washing machine, Wi-Fi, DStv and so much more) and the complex offered excellent security and entertainment (pool room, braai facilities, tennis court, etc). The views were spectacular and I always felt safe, the complex is quiet and offered close proximity to the beach and shops. The apartment was nice and clean, the only thing I can fault is that it felt like I may have been the first guest in a newly renovated apartment, and small touches like a fresh window clean, or wiping some building dust dust from the tiles could be done, which I'm sure will be addressed. Other than that I cannot fault the place and I will be back.
Nice to break away, near the sea. Loved it and liked the view.

House rules
A standard key & breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
