Well if you are looking for location you won't get better. The apartment is a bit battered with very slow internet, but that didn't bother us the least.
It was a great weekend, unfortunately, I didn't get the room I booked according to the website, a bit disappointed and the safety of my vehicle that had to park on the main road was very scary as there were several car breakings over the weekend.
Breathtaking view of the sea. The unit is just a bit "run-down", they also didn't put out coffee for us and the fridge freezer won't freeze, the wi-fi is also almost as slow as dial-up. I would also recommend that they can inform the guests about when load shedding is.
The flatlet was not ready by check-in time, which was annoying considering we received assurance from the front desk that it would be ready in time, as we had arrived early in CPT. We could only access our room 2 hrs after the check-in time.
What we saw online and what we got was miles apart! The accommodation at R2,090 per night was little more than student accommodation. The room was inadequate in terms of being "self-catering" with one hot plate to use for cooking! The geyser was malfunctioning and made the most unbelievable noise every 2 hours and we were unable to sleep. No service of any kind was provided, no "cupboards" or shelves, just a metal rack with 6 hangers. No reported repairs were carried out. No value for money when for R1,400 per night we moved to a 5-star guest house. The only value was the view and location. Not enough to ever recommend or use this facility again. As international travelers we have stayed in very basic and very luxurious accommodations, but this accommodation never even met the basics. It is overpriced and misrepresented in terms of the photos on the site versus what it really is and should be revised big time!
Really enjoyed our stay.
The blinds are very dirty and were difficult to use. One window is completely broken, it cannot open or close. The TV only has a snow image. We went to the office twice to ask if someone could come and see. Both times they said someone would come and check and didn't. We went to ask again and then the lady at the office said that the previous guest had not complained about it. They are currently working on repairs to the building. They drilled, scratched and sanded the apartment next to us all day. The shower is a hand shower with no bathroom mat. So easy to slide on floor. I'm sorry to say but the value of accommodation does not compare to monetary value. In the future it will help if it is communicated in advance that the building has a reception and that you must pick up the key at reception. The road in the evening is very noisy - also something that guests will prefer in advance.
Enjoyed our short stay.
The shower set-up is dysfunctional and should be addressed (it could be that they fitted a bath shower-fitting with a too short hose into the stand-up shower - door does not seal so water everywhere at the end). Towels need replacement (greyish and very rough) and should be placed in the bathroom, we tracked them high up on the wall in the bedroom. Bedroom light only on for 15 seconds at a time then times out. Security staff eyes were pinned to their mobiles viewing personal content each time we passed. Very friendly reception staff. Room was clean. TV image and choice of channels are old. Spacious rooms. Can not use the bedroom fan at all - it is very noisy, and looks unstable as it rocks around without having much effect on the heat - windows open to open passage which is security risk, so room is hot. Considering the location, with a little effort and upgrading of such basic issues it could be 5-star destination. Great view and loved the balcony (not private as it is shared with neighbour though).

We had a lovely peaceful weekend. The apartment we were in was very neat and clean, fully equipped with everything you need and more. A beautiful, modern furnished unit. Although we didn't have a view of the ocean, we did have a beautiful view of the golf course and the mountain. The weather was lovely and we sat on the balcony at night and looked at the lights on the mountain and went for a nice walk along the sea in the early morning. A truly relaxing weekend in a beautiful apartment. Thank you very much.

I encountered a problem on my arrival - the receptionist was not prepared for me because their records indicated that we had to check in on the 4th, not the 3rd, and that I had to pay R400 more, while my confirmation of the booking indicated the correct information. Fortunately, she was able to sort it out very well and everything ended well.

Apart from Mother Nature's South Easter which raged around the corners all night and made for a sleepless night, the stay was worth it.
Our room was at the back of the building with a view of the golf course. Nice view although I would prefer a view of the ocean. My only complaint in the unit is the bathroom - the bath is a bit small (rather narrow). Bigger people will struggle. The toilet space is also very small. The shower, which is above the bath, is not the most convenient to use. It's not ideal to carry a lot of baggage from the secure parking area outside, around the building and down the sidewalk into the building.

Neat and clean apartment, large enough for 2 adults and maybe a toddler to stay comfortably for a few days. Well located with a beautiful view of Robben Island. Felt a bit uncomfortable leaving my car out in the straat at night, but they said it was safe. Don't expect hotel quality service, reception is only there to hand over and collect the keys.
The rooms are nothing like the pictures. The DStv didn't work. If you ask for an extra blanket they bring it to you 4 hours later. The claning staff only clean the apartment between 14:00 and 16:00 in the afternoon when you want to take a nap. The shouldn't even have bothered with the shower, it is so tiny. Permanent construction workers in the complex from 9 to 5. No WiF - shocking considering the tariff. I don't think the managers of this establishment understand the importance of the pictures.

Totally overpriced for no sea view. When the wind blows there is a constant slamming of doors - even through the night. Residents and visitors who are noisy throughout the night. Security guard plays loud music in the portal and slams the door inside. Bathrooms in not private at all and water tap not working so bath is filled by shower head. 2nd Bedroom is cramped and on the outside corridor where all the noise takes place. 1st Bedroom is great and away from the noise. Apartment was comfortably furnished and clean with sufficient necessities for self-catering.

Previous stay was good but this time I had to pay R1000 per night for a small open plan room, sharing an entrance with the neighbor and sparsely furnished and with scaffolding in front of the window. I asked for another room or discount but got no response. I will not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.
Great position for business in the city and a bit of socialising. Nice for those who want to exercise on the promenade. We did have car hire but there is the Myciti bus service nearby which is also good.

We did not get a "sea-facing" room as advertised on the website. When I asked about it at reception I was told that all ocean side rooms were full. We were taken to a room with a mountain view which was not nice. I called LekkeSlaap and they quickly rectified the situation. Thank you very much. We got a very nice room with a sea view.

Excellent position within Mouille Point. It is expensive for 2 people but acceptable for 4. Two single beds pushed together for us was very uncomfortable. We found dirty dishes in the sink on arrival, and the basin in the en-suite bathroom leaked into the cupboards below. The second bedroom smelt of mildew likely due to water getting in from the window frame above the blinds. Otherwise, great location, safe, and good service.
