We give it 5 stars for everything. We found it clean, friendly, affordable, and altogether thoroughly enjoyed 2 weeks with Monniek. The parking and security were 1st class.

This is a very comfortable unit. Doesn't have a kitchenette, but can make a cup of coffee and tea if you want.

We went home for more than a week. The apartment was neat and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was a winner as it was very hot during our visit. The hospitality was excellent and it is nice and close to the hospital and shops.

Mountain Road Cottage far exceeded our expectations. Spacious rooms with exquisite interior decoration, numerous accessories, provisions for loadshedding and privacy made our short stay there unforgettable. Our friendly hostess was also very accommodating of our needs. In the future we will definitely want to stay here again when we have to visit Somerset West.

We had a hospital appointment for 6.30 am. This is ideally situated for the hospital, took 5 minutes, and would definitely stay there again if I had another appointment. Restaurants are not too far for evening meals. Very quiet and secure place, warm welcome.

Close to hospital Vergelegen and shopping centers. Has solar if the power is out, TV with netflix, conveniently fully equipped for self catering. Helpful hostess, good security.

I can highly recommend Mountain Road Cottage. It is perfect for relaxing, close to all you need. The hosts were superb.
Hostess has a heart of gold and goes out of her way to be helpful. Accommodation is very close to Vergelegen MediClinic which suited me. Accommodation is well appointed with everything you need.

Because we slept for a whole week, the clothes hanging space was insufficient and unpacking space in the closet too little. The TV reception is very bad and we could not watch TV at all, but otherwise everything was excellent. Many thanks to the hostess and her husband.

The unit was very reasonable compared to others advertised. We only wanted to spend the night, so it was perfectly adequate. The reception was friendly, it is a peaceful and quiet environment and we had a very peaceful night safely and in a clean and tidy unit. The bathroom is beautiful and everything was clean.
