Beautiful place, well equipped and fantastic location; Clarens town is walking distance (for those without knee or drinking problems, like me) and Golden Gate, a stone's throw away. A top choice of accommodation, for sure!

Stay was enjoyed and very comfortable. Unit is properly equipped with nothing extra needed. Only 1 issue: the mops used by the cleaning staff had a terrible stench. Unit smelled like rotten eggs and unit had to be deodorised before kids and family could sit inside.

The house is very comfortably furnished for 6 adults with the master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom separate from the other rooms. Other bedrooms also each have their own en-suite bathrooms which were very convenient.

Everything you need is at your disposal. Unit is fantastically equipped, electric blankets on beds, quality bedding, everything is spotless. Dishwasher and fireplace blankets in front of the TV.

We had a wonderful time in Clarens. It was our third stay in this unit and we would highly recommend it. It was clean, a lovely location, and definitely value for money.
Once again very nice stay here. The best place to stay, especially with each room having its own bathroom. I like the place because is equipped with everything you need. This is the first time I have been here in winter. The fireplace is a bonus and the nice electric blankets. Appreciate the view every time. Als is so neat and the service was once again great. Fantastic house! Perfect location! House is tasteful, nice linen and towels and kitchen and fully equipped. Lovely patio! Will be back for another visit and the courtesy regarding our grandchild, will always remember it. This house is just so perfect!

The Villa was amazing, 3 full en-suite bathrooms, super clean with fully equipped kitchen. Dining table, lounge area and balcony very comfortable. Our only negative would be the size of little TV, 40" screen size for a unit of this quality should be a standard feature. All in all, we were all very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Our family of 6 adults stayed at Mountain Villa for 6 nights - each having our own very comfortable bedroom with full en-suite bathroom including bath and separate shower. Two bedrooms opened up onto a large, covered patio with lovely views over a small dam and mountain and distant views over Clarens. The Villa is bright, well decorated and spacious with enough seating for everyone both inside and outside, a wood burning fire in the lounge, braai on the patio and well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. There is a full DStv package. The Villa is very well maintained with a single garage, an undercover parking and open parking and is set in a beautiful, friendly, Golf Estate with good security and lovely walks both within it's boundaries and close by. Clarens is 10 minutes away by car. It is fully serviced and our Lady, Hilda, was just lovely. Well recommended and worth a return visit.
Mountain Villa 238 is well located, barely 1 km from the town center with numerous places to visit where you can spend an entire Saturday. The house is comfortably furnished for 6 people. We were there during July 2022. The beds have lovely electric blankets, enough and neat bedding and blankets. Each room has its own heater and the lovely fireplace warms the whole house. Just remember to bring your own wood for the fireplace and braai (but it's also available at the stalls 600 m from the house). The house has DStv. Entering the gate is a bit of a hassle, but if you're just entering for the first time, it works further with a code. Keys are stored on site, so moving in and out is painless! Lighting during power outages is a bit poor, so bring an extra flashlight.
The Villa was clean, tidy and well equipped with good quality linen, towels and crockery. Nothing is missing. Provision is also made for cold weather conditions. The natural beauty, rest and peace for your soul, is wonderful.

We really enjoyed it. Everything is nice and clean, luxury bedding and towels. We will definitely stay there again.
The stay was very nice, the heaters in the master bedroom were out of order and it made the house very cold. However, I would stay there again, but in the summer.
We had a very nice time regardless of the lockdown. One of our friends is unfortunately missing a denim jacket which she only noticed when she was packing, otherwise no problems, and will recommend it to friends.
Mountain Villa 238 was a wonderful location, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Just a note that if you require a clean towel every day or second day to bring your own along as the estate only changes towels on the third day of your stay.
Spacious rooms and spacious living areas, 3 full bathrooms and excellent equipped kitchen. Beds and linens were great. Clean and tidy. Close to town if you need anything and close to Golden Gate for great hikes. Children had fun cycling. Will definitely go again!

Very nice, clean and comfortable house! It has everything one needs for a weekend getaway. It was also easy to get access codes arranged at the estate for us and also our friends who came to visit. Will definitely stay there again.
I haven't stayed in such a well equipped place in a long time. There were no shortages, especially in the kitchen. It is great that each room is equipped with its own bathroom. The view from the veranda is fantastic and so lovely to sit there in the morning and at sunset and appreciate the view. A definite for me. This is why I always use this website. Thank you very much.

What a beautiful place. The people are friendly and helpful. We were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the patio every day. It was so nice to be able to soak up nature and its sounds every day. They will definitely see me again soon.
