Beautifully decorated Guest House - Joe and Lebo took care of all my needs. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot and the wi-fi good. Breakfast was great and it was managed around the load shedding. Down for the Sevens Rugby and is within walking distance of the stadium and he restaurants in the Sea Point/Mouille Point area.
Friendly staff. Unfortunately, I expected more diversity.
Nice clean and tidy, and breakfast is very tasty. Friendly faces too.
We were in and out very quickly on a business trip. Think it's a very good place for vacation. Joe accommodated us wonderfully regardless of our funny check-in and check-out times. Breakfast times are more for vacationers, but we are accommodated so that we don't leave with empty stomachs.

The rooms are literally on top of each other. You can hear exactly what is going on in the rooms next to you. You have to park on the street. There is no secure parking (for a 4 star it's pathetic). A guest arrived at 02h00 in the morning making a lot of noise and whoever was on duty at the guest house (still don't know who it was) made no attempt to silence the guest. The particular guest made noise from 02h00 to 04h00 until she left with even more noise. When we talked to the guesthouse's owner about it, he had a big attitude about why we didn't call him at 02:00 in the morning when we had the problem, as if it was no longer his problem after all that time. For a 4 star guest house one expects more. For a 4-star guest house, one expects a more professional attitude. On recommendation, I was assured that this is a good guest house. So, the surprise is great that the expectations were not lived up to.
Friendly staff and clean. I had to book in early to get ready for a wedding and they went out of their way to make it possible for me.

Nice atmosphere, neat and clean. Appreciated that they were prepared to give us our breakfast earlier than their official hours. Would have liked to be aware of this beforehand.
I like the place as it is very cosy. But I was very disappointed not to able to use the pool and the hot tub. I was looking forward to that because that was the things that attracted me to the ad.
The accommodation was off the books. An idyllic garden and the decor in the house create a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast every morning was perfectly made and very tasty. Thank you so much for a great experience!
