8 guests' feedbackVery nice stay, everyone is very friendly and sociable, there was a problem with the power, otherwise the stay was very comfortable.
Mukurumanzi surprised us with a friendly and interesting hostess, nice pool and bar, and four beautiful dogs! It's the ideal place for a family, or other travellers, who are not full of nonsense, but just want to enjoy, and completely, relax in a farm atmosphere, and look for something a little different. Annette went out of her way to help us get butcher Danie van Grootbrak's steak cooked the right way. Also feel free to try her slow smoked Eisbein. Best we have ever eaten! I'm already longing for the forest!

The staff of the lodge did not expect us. The rooms are/were extremely dirty - full of dust and cobwebs. The bedding and towels were dirty, the faucets were loose, pipes full of air, TVs very old and not working. Faucets in shower are loose, soap dishes broken. Getting the place acceptable will cost a lot of money. We unloaded our bags, saw the place and then loaded and stowed bags again. No one would spend the night in such a place and pay for it. Unfortunately we forfeited the deposit.

It was a great place to rest for a weekend.
We had a very nice stay, the service was excellent and the owners went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel at home. The food was delicious and affordable.
